A gentle introduction into the grooming salon. 

- Densensitising your pups to the sound of clippers, hairdryers, scissors, standing on the table/in the bath 

- Highly recommended for nervous pets to create a positive experience and bond from the beginning 

Duration - 30 minutes

A quick, yet thorough scrub in the bath, followed by a towel dry.

- Brilliant for after those muddy walks, if your pup has been rolling in something unpleasant, or even to cool down on warm day 

Duration - up to 20 minutes

Bath, Blowdry, Brush or De-shed, Light trimming if needed, Hygiene-Clip, & Nails/Paw Pads 

- For puppies younger than 6 months 

- 3 x Puppy Pampers recommended before progressing to a full groom, allowing your pups to gain confidence in the salon 

Duration - 1 Hour

Bath, Blowdry, Brush or De-shed, Light trimming if needed, Hygiene-Clip, & Nails/Paw Pads

- For dogs older than 6 months 

Duration - up to 75 minutes

Bath, Blowdry, Brush or De-shed, Hygiene-Clip, Nails/Paw Pads, & a Full face/outline trim (without any body clipping) 

Duration - up to 90 minutes

Bath, Blowdry, Brush or De-shed, Hygiene-Clip, Nails/Paw Pads, & a Full body clip and trim/Breed Styling 

- Double coated breeds that don't require clipping e.g. Golden Retreiver/Newfoundland will still be charged as a full groom due to the appointment duration 

Duration - Between 75 minutes - 4 hours

Bath, Blowdry, Hygiene-Clip, Nails/Paw Pads, Full body handstrip to breed standard (No clippers apart from hygiene areas)

- For Wire Coated breeds s e.g. Border Terrier, Italian Spinone, & Setters, Spaniels

*Handstripping takes much longer than clipping, so please expect to pay more if you require this service. 

*Pre-assessment required for all neutered or previously clipped dogs

Duration - up to 5 hours

Bath, Blowdry, Brush, Hygiene-Clip, Nails/Paw Pads & Full body scissor cut to breed standard (no clippers apart from hygiene areas)

*Handscissoring requires an immaculate coat, thus, sadly cannot be undertaken on matted dogs, as this would leave an uneven finish

*Handscissoring takes much longer than clipping, so please expect to pay more if you require this service

Duration - up to 4 hours

To leave the coat feeling soft, but also improve coat management, prevent breakage and moisturise the skin

*Not suitable for handstripped dogs as it will soften the coat too much to be able to strip well 

Beneficial for lifting beard or tear stains, but great for all breeds to exfoliate the skin & keep your pups smelling fruity and fresh 

A nourishing & soothing balm to alleviate cracks, minor irritations & soften noses and paw pads 

A quick, yet throrough scrub around those gnashers, along with a peppermint breath freshener 

Cleansing the ear canals to aid prevention of wax accumulation & ear infections 

Gentle removal of excess fur within the ears, opening up the ear canals, aiding prevention of ear infections 

Duration 15 minutes

A smooth and soothing mud mask, massaged into the coat for 15 minutes before rinsing. 

- Brilliant for relaxation, releasing clogged fur follicles & removing loose coat, allowing for a more thorough deshed 

Trimming excess nail growth beyond the quick

- £10 as a standalone service - (included in Puppy Pamper, Mini Groom, Full Groom, Handstripping & Handscissor) 

Deep tooth/gum clean and tartar removal with a non-vibrating electric toothbrush & tooth descaler, complete with a peppermint breath freshener 

- Aids prevention of tooth decay, gum disease, & lifts stains

*Treatment dependant on tooth and gum condition - pre-assessment required before appointment 

*All tools are sterilised between appointments
